From operations, marketing, to merchandising, you’ll oversee and participate in all business functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee and aid pick/pack operations Oversee and aid with customer service Oversee and aid with photography and product listings Oversee and aid video production Manage our website, Amazon account, and Ebay store Order current inventory and book future inventory Enter accounting data, pay bills, and submit payroll Integrate a sensible social media presence Search for and implement improvements Maintain an orderly work environment Lead by example and proactively help when needed Work closely with and report directly to the owner Necessary Skills: Initiative - a desire and ability to explore, learn, and implement new processes while maintaining and improving legacy systems Leadership – be accountable for the hardest tasks and set conditions so all teammates can succeed Helpful Skills: Ecommerce experience Warehouse experience Customer Service experience Photoshop / Photography / Videography experience A working knowledge of surf, skate, snow sports and culture Hours: Our warehouse operates from 8:30am – 5pm Monday through Friday though additional work may be required (including weekends).
