Our E-commerce Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service online. Customer Service - Act as primary point of contact for customers, answering email inquiries and resolving support tickets in an efficient and timely manner. Advanced experience using Shopify ( mandatory, will be tested) Physically fit and able to unpack and process deliveries ( up to 30 lbs) and maneuver stock Able to work independently and creatively, pre-empting and problem-solving issues as needed
