eBay Sales Specialist

eBay Sales Specialist SW Corp is looking for an eBay Sales Specialist – eBay Lister to join our growing team. The E-commerce Specialist will oversee the entire selling process on eBay, from inventory creation to shipping. Our goal is to create a consistent revenue stream for special sales items on our eBay channel with an emphasis on quality customer service, low prices, and clear, concise listings. Each member of our team is specialized in a key area of our core operations. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Log items received from the distribution center and added the inventory in our Order Management System Photograph items to be listed for sale, edit as needed Create a unique listing on the eBay sales channel Reply to customer inquiries or complaints via phone call or email Manually create orders in the Order Management System Upload tracking numbers into eBay selling manager Respond to official customer disputes, complaints and chargebacks associated with eBay and Paypal Prepare outbound shipments for customer orders Qualifications, Skills, & Requirements: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent minimum education Experience with and demonstrated proficiency using MS Office applications (especially MS Excel), Email programs, eBay Selling Manager, and Internet browsers Prior experience in product/still image photography strongly preferred Experience editing HTML and graphics (using Adobe Photoshop) is a plus, but not required Previous product knowledge and experience are also a plus Excellent written and verbal communications skills Strong attention to detail Superior customer service mindset Exemplary attendance is required for this position.
