\\- Work with the sales and management team to improve merchandising and the showroom shopping experience. \\- Follow up with the customer after the appointment. Home Try-On Program (HTOP): Own and grow the HTOP \\- Review, package, and dispatch daily home try-on orders. \\- Track the home try-on lifecycle: follow up on overdue returns, damaged products, etc. Order Processing & Fulfillment (Support) \\- Review orders and identify upsell/add-on opportunities.
