Your job will be to work with our production and sales teams on all aspects of order fulfillment - from maintaining Shopify product listings to packing orders. We are a small company, so you’ll work closely with various departments to make sure orders are being accurately fulfilled, inventory listings are up-to-date, and occasionally communicate with customers about their orders. **Secondary Job Duties:** * Photograph products in various aspect ratios for web & print * Maintain multiple shopify stores with the help of the marketing team * Communicate with customers about their orders via phone and email **Required Education, Skills and Experience** * Proficiency in Google Suites (Docs, Sheets, Slides). * Customer service experience and skills to communicate by email, phone, and at the time of curbside pickup.
