This role will develop and carry out digital shopping operations for our business. The ideal candidate will handle operational decision-making for the website, mobile app and seasonal call center as it relates to eCommerce. As such, this role will need to stay current with evolving eCommerce experiences and trends and work with vendor partners to adapt our overall platforms to best serve the interests of the company and to keep pace with the competition in this ever-evolving field. Additionally, as a service role to other parts of the Gelsons business this role will be measured in part by internal leadership and associate satisfaction with eCommerce businesses. Related to project work, the role will include planning and budgeting as well as management of projects including financial controls.
