eCOMMERCE MARKETING MANAGER

Horus Vision is the most innovative company in the sports optics market and we're looking for a superstar Ecommerce Marketing Manager to work closely with the Horus Vision team to develop and execute our e-commerce marketing plan. \- BA or BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field \- 5+ years of digital marketing with social media and e-commerce experience \- Content strategy and execution, including content creation (copyrighting, photography, graphic design) and curation \- Experienced in online marketplaces \- Product sales and merchandising, including the promotion of new products and new product launch \- Detailed understanding of online marketing, particularly SEM & SEO optimization concepts and strategies \- Data reporting and analytics, including Google Analytics knowledge and experience creating and using a reporting dashboard \- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices \- Specific experience with Google paid advertising is a must \- Strong technical acumen with knowledge of web and emerging technologies \- Proven leader with strong decision-making skills \- Ability to operate independently and bring new and fresh ideas to the company \- Savvy Communicator; Strong written and verbal communication skills \- A natural team player; will work very closely with Marketing, Sales, IT, Distribution and Finance >Create strategy and plan to drive eCommerce platform sales >Monitor and manage online product assortment and content, with the goal of maximizing online presence and driving sales >Maintain eCommerce store and product listings and marketing initiatives to increase sales
