eCommerce Marketplace Assistant

Position Summary: We are a growing eCommerce company selling via Miva, Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. Great employee benefits: Competitive pay, Paid Time Off (vacation, sick leave, etc. ); incentive bonus, and significant _managerial growth potential_ based on results. **Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:** Product research for new product launches Quantitative product analysis (such as through using Excel or Google Sheets) for determining product specifications, product pricing, and product launch viability Copywriting for Product Pages Product Page Setup on Amazon, Shopify, Miva, Walmart.com, e-bay and other marketplaces Take photos of products, photo editing and design finalization Supporting marketing efforts to drive marketplace growth **Candidate Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent prior experience Product-focused with ability to conduct product research / analysis from a customer mindset Ability to apply a marketing mindset to product photography and marketing materials Resourceful, independent, and a problem solver Detail-oriented to be convey complete product specs, marketing information, and follow office procedures Willingness to learn and incorporate constructive feedback Excellent communication skills with a willingness to ask questions and work in a team Excellent computer and technology platform skills **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with performing product research, analysis, pricing Experience with eCommerce product page creation (images, copy, etc.) Marketing Perspective - Understanding what types of product images are attractive to the customer for driving conversion Strong Attention to Detail - Understanding the importance of following detailed SOPs and being able to document and communicate properly; ability to translate large amounts of detailed information into specific takeaways Analytical ability - Ability to propose data-driven product specs/price, etc.
