The Role:

The Ecommerce Photographer & Post-Production Coordinator is responsible for leading the execution of e-commerce photography while overseeing the end-to-end post-production workflow. This role ensures all product imagery is produced efficiently, meets brand standards, and is delivered on schedule across e-commerce and marketing channels.

Working closely with Creative, Merchandising, Styling, Marketing, and external retouching partners, this individual manages studio photography, retouching markups, project timelines, and final asset approvals to support seasonal launches and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Execute e-commerce photography for on-figure, still life, and product imagery, ensuring consistency across all categories.Partner with Creative, Styling, and Merchandising teams to prepare shot lists, organize daily priorities, and execute seasonal photography needs.Review final imagery for output accuracy, retouching quality, consistency, and technical specifications prior to release.Manage digital techs on set to ensure photo guidelines are implemented and followed.Manage and make image selects and creates detailed retouching markups, ensuring edits align with brand standards and creative direction.Own file management and uploading selects to photoshoot dam.Maintain digital asset organization, file naming conventions, archive management, and version control across photography assets.Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to prioritize deliverables and support seasonal campaigns and product launches.Recommend and implement workflow improvements to increase studio efficiency, production quality, and delivery speed.Assist in maintaining studio standards, equipment, production documentation, and best practices.Track production status across multiple projects, proactively identifying risks, and communicating timeline updates to cross-functional teams.Serve as a point of contact for post-production, communicating clear feedback to internal and external retouching partners.

Skills and Experience:

Advanced proficiency in Capture One, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Adobe Creative Suite.3–5+ years of professional photography experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.Strong portfolio demonstrating product, still life, and on-figure photographyExperience managing post-production workflows, image selects, retouching markups, and quality control.Videographer experience is a plus.Strong understanding of digital imaging, color management, and photography production workflows.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and maintain production schedules.Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Creative, Marketing, Merchandising, and external vendors.Experience working in high-volume e-commerce production environments preferred.Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems and project management tools is a plus.

Salary: $85,000-97,000 per year*

*The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.
