Our goal is to create a consistent revenue stream for special sales items on our eBay channel with an emphasis on quality customer service, low prices, and clear, concise listings. • Reply to customer inquiries or complaints via phone call or email • Experience with and demonstrated proficiency using MS Office applications (especially MS Excel), email programs, eBay Selling Manager, and Internet browsers • Experience editing HTML and graphics (using Adobe Photoshop) is a plus, but not required All employment is decided on the basis of qualifications, merit, and business need.
