Role Description The editor will collaborate closely with photographers, clients, and the creative team to deliver polished final products that exceed expectations. Photo editing expertise, including proficiency in image retouching, color grading, and composition improvementExperience with editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar toolsA strong eye for detail, visual aesthetics, and storytelling in photographyOrganizational and time-management skills for handling multiple projects under deadlinesAbility to collaborate effectively with a creative team and clients to meet project objectivesKnowledge of sports photography or experience working with action images is a plusExperience with file management, metadata organization, and maintaining digital archivesBachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
