We participate in E-Verify / Participamos en E-VerifyThe Retail Photographer greets and interacts with guests while lighting, taking, processing, printing and selling digital photos of guests to guests while delivering excellent guest service.Essential FunctionsWarmly greet and interact with guests while lighting, taking, processing and printing quality digital photos of guests and selling photo services and photos to guests while delivering excellent guest service Accurately record and account for all services delivered and items ordered, process payments, and balance all sales/receipts in compliance with policies and proceduresUse sales techniques to present and encourage photograph services, sales, upsales and promotions to guests while respecting guests’ explicit and implicit needs and expectationsFollow all steps of service as directed and contact guests when needed using proper phone and voicemail etiquette and guidelines Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekendsSafely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment including but not limited to Company-provided camera, lighting, computer and photo (?) printerAbility to effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken directionMultitask calmly and effectively Work in a confined, crowded space of variable noise and temperature levelsMove and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 poundsStand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces Key Responsibilities and DutiesOccasionally assist the front desk staff as directed including but not limited to taking calls, orders and reservations Ensure the overall guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate guests’ needsGreet guests with a warm, sincere smileUse tact and good judgement when dealing with guest challenges and respond to guest needs with patience and courtesy Proficiency in the use and operation of all necessary tools and equipment, Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and proceduresFollow all rules, policies, procedures and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook
