Electronic Refurbishing Lead

Do you like to be hands on, taking apart and/or putting together electronics and/or computers? RESPONSIBILITIES -Learning to oversee squad of up to 9 people -Responsible for daily production goals and quality of work -Acts as the backup to the Refurbishing Supervisor -Provides hands on training and mentoring of team through daily stand-ups, one on ones and coaching logs -Owns the daily production goals of the Recompute Team through support of the squad and execution of management priorities. -Assists in generating sales reports and daily production tracking metrics -Helps build and maintain strong training documentation for all aspects of the collectibles online listing process -Executes daily quality control checks of the recompute online listings and make suggestions for continued improvement -Provide group training and mentoring to team members on the collectibles team -Test, clean, and or erase household electronics and Data Products for functionality, resell and/or appropriate disposal -Sort materials for Recycle, Refurbish, E-waste, Hazardous Material and Universal Waste for proper resale or disposal -Ensure the safety and destruction of data from donated equipment -Writes product listings with detailed, accurate and trend relevant descriptions and titles -Post products for sale online and contributes to exceeding sales goals -Review and research online marketplaces in order to make educated decisions whether items meet online standards -Identify and pulls product from donation stream for online sale on eBay, PoshMark, ShopGoodwill, Etc.
