**Email Marketing Specialist:** Adams Fairacre Farms has an exciting opportunity for an Email Marketing Specialist to lead and create our company's Email content under the guidance of our Marketing Director. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** _The Email Marketing Specialist will:_ Plan and implement email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, Catapult or a comparable advanced email marketing platform (not MailChimp or Constant Contact) Work on email automation campaigns and manage campaign flows using audience segmentation Work cross-functionally with internal team members to gather information and creative assets Know what is happening in the world of email marketing, know what our competitors are doing and what new industry tools and techniques are being used Possess the knowledge to develop and deploy emails for successful delivery in platforms like Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo and others Analyze, report and continue to improve email performance Ensure that emails are in compliance **Required Skills and Experience** Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job experience 5 or more years in product marketing or retail Proven experience in email marketing Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to make critical design and technical decisions Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail Possess excellent copywriting skills Must be a team player with a positive attitude **Required Programs** Hubspot (or comparable social media management system) Adobe Photoshop Microsoft Office Basic photography skills Basic video editing a bonus (Adobe Premier or iMovie) Adams Fairacre Farms was voted the 2019 'Best Large Employer to Work for in the Hudson Valley' and one of the best of its kind in retail sales.
