Wedding Photography Client Booking and Relations ManagerThe Wedding Photography Client Booking and Relations Manager plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for our clients, from initial inquiry to final delivery. This individual will be responsible for handling client communications, managing bookings, and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients. Success in this role means building trust and rapport with clients, facilitating clear communication between the client and the photography/videography team, and ensuring that client needs are met or exceeded at every stage of the process. This role is essential to the growth and sustainability of our business, helping to convert leads into bookings and ensuring a positive client experience throughout their journey with us.Responsibilities:Manage Client Inquiries: Promptly respond to all incoming client inquiries, providing detailed information about services, packages, and availability.Client Booking Coordination: Schedule consultations, maintain an organized booking calendar, and confirm bookings in a timely manner.Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication about expectations, timelines, and deliverables.Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, offering personalized support and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Coordinate with the Photography/Videography Team: Liaise between clients and the creative team to ensure everyone is aligned on the details of the shoot and event.Lead Tracking and Follow-Up: Monitor incoming leads and follow up on potential clients to convert inquiries into bookings.Contract and Payment Management: Assist with contract preparation, review, and management, as well as handling payment follow-ups.Client Feedback and Post-Shoot Communication: Check in with clients post-shoot, ensuring they are happy with the process and facilitating any additional requests.Qualifications:Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, able to handle multiple client accounts at once.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and professional client interactions.Customer service mindset with a focus on building strong client relationships.Proficiency in managing calendars and CRM systems for tracking leads and bookings.Experience:Prior experience in customer service, client relations, or sales—experience in the wedding or event industry is a plus.Experience coordinating with creative teams and managing client expectations.Experience with CRMs such as Dubsado is a plus.Education:A background in business, marketing, event management, or hospitality is preferred but not required.Other Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Knowledge or interest in wedding photography and videography is a bonus.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typePart-timeJob functionDesign, Art/Creative, and Information TechnologyIndustriesPhotography #J-18808-Ljbffr
