We feel strongly that people are the most important component to success - if you have the right mental attitude, and the drive to succeed, this is a great job for you. * Consumer Goods - we own a wine company, have projects in the footwear space and work with various apparel brands from around the world * Media - we manage podcasts for several brands, shoot product photography and create video assets for clients as well as our projects Job responsibilities may include (depends on your interest and skill set): * incubating your own entrepreneurial project and utilizing our collective resources (no strings attached) * working on existing entrepreneurial projects * researching opportunties * communicating with clients, vendors, suppliers * closing deals, reaching out to prospects * writing software, working with APIs, administering databases * designing logos, branding, websites, collateral * creating UX/UI assets for clients * writing content for collateral, websites, blogs and social media * capturing audio/visual content for streaming and podcast applications * managing mobile applications on iOS and Android ecosystems * performing financial analysis or statistical evaluation of data * being outside, farming, making wine * developing consumer products like footwear, apparel * managing real estate, developing properties, developing income producing properties Compensation: * full time, part time and flex time positions are available * both w2 and 1099 opportunities are available * health benefits and 401k are available for full time employees working more than 30hrs/week * compensation is dependent on the experience and skillset of the applicant * most Entrepreneurs in Training earn between $20/hr and $65/hr * there is no cap on earnings potential * for those interested in “sales”, compensation should be expected around $150,000/year or more depending on performance We are not interested in: * blockchain applications like Crypto, NFTs, or Web3 (sell your assets) * where you went to school, your grades, or academic accomplishments * cubicles, hierarchical corporate structures, and the traditional 9-5 work week * applicants looking for a “safe” corporate job, retirement plan, benefits and a 401k plan The short version: “Be paid to learn how to be an entrepreneur, practice your skills, and incubate your own project.” Sounds too good to be true?
