Entry level assistant needed for Carlsbad based business We are a small but busy Carlsbad based commercial photography company looking for a local entry level assistant with the ability to multi-task. Candidates must be proficient with Excel, Word and Photoshop. Good communication skills and time management is a must. Assistant will be part of all aspects of the projects from start to finish. Duties will include client communications, project coordination, scheduling and not limited to other various office tasks.
