[Entry Level] Logistics Specialist & Customer Service

We are a consumer electronics eCommerce company located in Great Neck, NY and seeking a dependable individual who can process order fulfillment, manage warehouse, assist with day-to-day operations and provide excellent customer services and resolve customer inquiries, complaints and issues in a timely manner. Work Hours: • Part time : 20 - 25 hrs/wk • Monday - Friday : 9am - 3pm (excluding 1-hour lunch) Responsibilities: • Order processing, fulfilling, shipping • Customer services via email, social media and phone • Returns/warranties processing • Back-office record keeping • Answer phone calls • Place orders and interact with vendors • Inventory & warehouse management • Shipping & receiving inventory • Effective inter-company communication through Slack, Trello and Google Drive • Active customer- satisfaction reach-out • Assist with social media postings • Assist with product photography / creative output • Assist with other general day-to-day operations needs Skills: • Strong communication skills both verbal and written • Creative problem solver • Detail oriented and punctual • Well organized • Exceptional time management / follow up and prioritization skills • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Slack, Trello, Google Drive, skilled with general operation of computers and smartphones • Familiarity with POS & CRM systems and practices • Must have sense of urgency, efficiency and ability to adapt and multi-task
