We’re hiring a dependable, detail-oriented, and personable photographer to join our growing real estate media team in the Jacksonville area.

This is a great opportunity if you enjoy driving locally, meeting new people, and learning hands-on creative skills. You do not need any prior photography experience. We provide all equipment and paid training. What matters most is your professionalism, reliability, and attitude.

What You’ll Do

Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled media appointments
Capture real estate photos using our proven systems and shot lists
Represent the company professionally inside clients’ homes
Upload photo and media files after each shoot using simple tools
Learn and grow into video, drone, and additional creative media services
Deliver a five-star client experience every time

Punctual, efficient, and dependable
Comfortable following checklists and using basic technology
Reliable transportation and comfort driving locally
Flexible availability Monday through Friday
No prior photography or media experience required

Compensation:

Paid training: at a fixed rate of $15/hour
Standard photo shoots: start at $25 per unit (each unit = 60 minutes of scheduled on-site time)
Drone-certified shoots: increase to $30 per unit
Video work and additional services: vary by project scope
Monthly mileage reimbursement: provided

Requirements

Valid driver’s license: required
Dependable transportation: required
Smartphone: (new within the last 3 years)
Laptop or computer: with reliable high-speed internet
Ability to upload media files: promptly after shoots
Customer service experience: preferred, at least 2 years
