We are hiring a coachable, service-driven, and positive professional to join our growing real estate media team in the Omaha area.
This is not just a photography job. This role represents our brand in the field. You will work directly with agents and homeowners, capture high-quality listing media, and help deliver a smooth, professional, and enjoyable client experience.
If you are someone who takes feedback well, enjoys working with people, and wants to grow as part of a supportive team, you may be exactly who we’re looking for.
No prior real estate photography experience is required. Personality, attitude, and willingness to learn matter far more than technical background.

What You’ll Do
Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled appointmentsCapture interior and exterior listing media using a structured processRepresent our company professionally with agents and homeownersTake direction and apply feedback to improve performanceUpload media after each shoot (no editing required)Provide a friendly, helpful, and professional client experience
Compensation & Growth Path
Paid training at $15/hourStandard photoshoots start at $25 per unit (each unit = 60 minutes of on-site time)Drone-certified rate: $30 per unitVideo and additional services vary based on project scopeMileage reimbursement at $0.30/mile
