Location: Southfield, MI and surrounding Metro Detroit areas

Schedule: Weekday availability needed; Saturday availability preferred

Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be comfortable driving throughout the Southeast Michigan and Metro Detroit area.

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented, personable, and service-driven team member to join our growing real estate media company in the Southfield, MI area.

This is much more than a photography position.

You’ll represent our brand in the field while working directly with real estate agents and homeowners to create high-quality listing media and deliver a polished, professional client experience.

No prior real estate photography experience is required. We like to say we’re customer service people first, we just happen to hold a camera!

What You’ll Do

Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled appointments
Capture interior and exterior listing media using our training and proven systems
Interact professionally with agents and homeowners
Follow direction and apply coaching feedback consistently
Upload media after appointments (NO editing required)
Follow established appointment workflows and procedures
Deliver a smooth, friendly, and professional experience for every client

This is an active, people-focused role where no two days are exactly the same.

Schedule & Availability

This is a part-time role, expected to average approximately 25 hours per week to start.

Availability needed:

At least 3 full weekdays available
Primarily standard business hours, around 9am-5pm
Partial-day Saturday availability preferred
Sundays off
Schedule may vary depending on appointments and seasonality

Flexibility, reliability, and strong time management are very important.

Most appointments are typically within a 25-30 minute drive, with occasional longer-distance appointments depending on client needs.

A reliable vehicle is required, and mileage reimbursement is provided at $0.30/mile.

Compensation

Paid training is provided at $15/hour.

After training, compensation is piece-rate based on scheduled shoot units:

Standard photos: $25 per unit
1 unit = 60 minutes of scheduled on-site shoot time
After FAA certification (drone license): $30 per unit
After company video certification: $35 per unit
Mileage reimbursement: $0.30/mile
Company gear is supplied

This role is best suited for someone who wants part-time, field-based work with room to grow their skills in photography, video, drone media, and real estate media.
