What You'll Be Doing

Photograph homes and properties around Greater Nashville (we’ll teach you how)Be a warm, confident presence for our agent clients and their homeownersRepresent our brand with professionalism, friendliness, and poiseCoordinate with our editing team to deliver beautiful, on-brand mediaSolve problems on the fly, adapt to different environments, and keep things moving with a positive attitudeWhat We're Looking For

Service industry background strongly preferred (baristas, bartenders, servers—this is your kind of job)Outgoing, charismatic, and confident around peopleCan read a room, adapt quickly, and bring good energy to every shootClear communicator (verbally and in writing)Coachable and eager to learn—we’ll train you on everything technicalPunctual, reliable, and detail-orientedWhat You Need
