Yes, you’ll hold a camera. Yes, we’ll teach you how to use it.

We can teach you to shoot real estate…

What You’ll Be Doing

● Photograph homes, condos, land, and rental properties around Louisville (we’ll train you)

● Be a warm, confident, calming presence for our agent clients and their sellers

● Represent our brand with professionalism and friendliness

● Coordinate with our editing team to deliver clean, consistent, on-brand photos

● Adapt on the fly, solve problems quickly, and keep the shoot flowing smoothly

● Bring positive energy — every home, every client, every time

What We’re Looking For

● Service industry background strongly preferred (baristas, bartenders, servers = huge advantage)

● Outgoing, charismatic, and comfortable talking to people you just met

● Can read a room, adapt to personalities, and stay composed under pressure

● Clear communicator (in person, by text, and email)

● Coachable, hungry to learn, and open to feedback

● Reliable, punctual, and extremely detail-oriented

This job is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people, enjoys being on the move, and isn’t afraid to learn new skills.

What You Need

● Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

● Weekday availability (5–40 hours/week depending on season)

● Comfort with basic apps/tech (we’ll train you on our systems)

● A genuine love for people and customer service

● A dependable car (seriously — you’ll be driving every day)
