Summary The Warranty Process and Accounts Manager is responsible for the oversight and implementation of all operations related to accurate, on-time customer service, inventory control, and account management for all warranty product and internal warranty inventory processes. Position Details The primary responsibilities and areas of impact of this position include, but are not limited to: • Manage, maintain, and create warranty service guides, customer support, vendor information, and bulletins for accuracy and ease of use on Erik’s internal database. • Work closely with Erik’s VP of Operations to develop solutions for staff development • Strong retail and web customer service focus, every project in Warranty impacts the customer experience.
