Summary The Warranty Manager is responsible for the oversight and implementation of all operations related to accurate, on-time customer service, inventory control, and account management for all warranty product. Position Details The primary responsibilities and areas of impact of this position include, but are not limited to: Warranty Operations • Manage and oversee the daily Warranty department operations. • Manage the maintenance of Warranty tools, equipment, and workspace daily in accordance with expectations set forth by Warranty and Inventory Operations Manager. • Manage, maintain, and create warranty service guides, customer support, vendor information, and bulletins for accuracy and ease of use on Erik’s internal database. • Work closely with Warranty and Inventory Operations Manager to develop solutions for staff development.Create an account to see the full posting, access our search engine, and more.
