It’s your job to create a magical experience for everyone who visits him by hiring and staffing a wonderful team of “elves” to work with Santa throughout the holiday season! The Local Manager (Lead Elf) is a seasonal team leader responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the Santa operation on a day- to-day basis. Responsibilities include but are not limited to financial accounting of all sales, budgets, hiring, payroll, set operations and following Cherry Hill Programs’ policies and procedures. Hire, train, supervise and coach team members to ensure that operations on the set run smoothly, effectively and in accordance with all CHP policies and procedures Establishes and maintains a good working relationship with your District and Area Manager, team members (including Santa), Center Staff, and build and maintain a positive image for CHP at your center
