Job Title: Estate Sale Listing Specialist (Photography & Cataloging) – Caring Transitions of Schenectady We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented team members to help prepare estate items for online auction on the CTBids platform. Requirements • Comfortable working in homes with large amounts of contents or clutter • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability • Ability to perform basic online research using a mobile phone • Reliable transportation to job sites • Dependable and punctual • Ability to lift approximately 30–40 lbs as needed • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Willingness to learn the CTBids system and company processes • Availability for Saturday pickup days as needed Preferred (but not required) • Interest in resale, eBay, auctions, or estate sales • Familiarity with tools, household goods, antiques, or collectibles • Photography, merchandising, or organizing experience • Previous estate sale or cleanout experience Caring Transitions of Schenectady is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all New York State employment laws and regulations.
