Front Desk Agent – Evening Shift At Borealis Basecamp, we are dedicated to providing the best customer service in Alaska to our guests. We are an experiential destination just outside of Fairbanks, where guests from all over the world gather to watch the northern lights and experience Alaska’s beauty. Front Desk Evening Duties: Greeting guests, checking them in and providing the guest on available activities at time of check in, and walking them to their rooms, answering the phone, scheduling tours, preparing guests for activities, providing information about the area, maintaining a disinfected and clean lodge, cleaning the bathrooms as needed, assisting with breakfast service and cleaning up after breakfast service, communicating any maintenance issues to maintenance department, communicating with activities department to provide guests accurate information on available activities, providing 5 star guest service by communicating well with guests, being friendly, and fulfilling guest needs. Preparing check in documents and invoices for next days’ check ins. Any and all duties as assigned.
