You'll be actively leading your team, engaging customers, and making key decisions throughout the event. Lead weekend event operations from setup through breakdownSupervise and support a team of 2–6 event staff membersCoach employees on customer engagement and sales techniquesMonitor team performance and help drive event revenue goalsInteract directly with parents, athletes, and coachesResolve customer concerns and operational challenges as they ariseCoordinate event logistics, equipment, and workflowOversee photography stations, printing operations, and order fulfillmentEnsure a positive experience for customers and team membersComplete weekly planning and event preparation activities Successful managers in this role are confident leaders who enjoy working with people and making decisions in dynamic environments.
