Because we work directly with vulnerable populations, all storytelling, photography, and media must be handled with strong ethical awareness, consent, and privacy-first practices. This role blends event photography, field storytelling, and ethical documentation. Capture high-quality photos and video during outreach events, community programs, and partner collaborations Document real-time fieldwork including outreach vans, shelters, housing navigation events, and community engagements Produce compelling visual storytelling that reflects Momentum360’s mission and impact Film short-form video content for social media and awareness campaigns Work respectfully within active outreach environments and community spaces Coordinate with staff in real time during events for coverage needs Maintain professionalism in unpredictable, high-need, or emotionally sensitive settings Build trust with staff while maintaining appropriate boundaries with clients Proven experience in photography, videography, or content creation Strong understanding of event photography and storytelling in real-world environments Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere preferred) or equivalent tools Knowledge of lighting, composition, and color correction techniques Familiarity with videography and short-form content creation Strong understanding (or willingness to learn) of HIPAA, privacy, and consent-based media practices Experience or comfort working with vulnerable populations (homelessness, recovery, etc.)
