Event Photographer

The Event Photographer will provide professional photography services documenting the Juneteenth Celebration, including community engagement, performances, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, speakers, activities, and event operations. • Capture candid and posed photographs throughout the event. • Capture photographs of food service, cultural activities, exhibits, and community engagement. • Provide a selection of photographs highlighting sponsors, performers, volunteers, and community activities. Upon payment, the organization shall receive unrestricted, perpetual rights to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, archive, and display all photographs for educational, promotional, reporting, fundraising, historical, and programmatic purposes.
