Overview Role : Event Photographer in Orlando, FL (Contract) Event / Need : AP Large District Meeting at the Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside hotel on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, between 9 : 00 a.m. - 10 : 00 a.m. Summary : Event photographer to document an upcoming conference in Orlando, FL by taking action shots and group photos. Responsibilities • Set up equipment - Configure cameras, lenses, lighting, and other accessories to ensure optimal image quality • Take photos - Capture candid moments and compelling images that represent the event's atmosphere and emotions • Retouch and edit photos to ensure quality and prepare them for printing and other media • Create a portfolio of photos for the event and archive them for future use • Work with event organizers - Collaborate with organizers to ensure photos align with their vision and are taken in a safe and respectful manner • Provide customer service - Interact with vendors and attendees, and provide customer service to event organizers and guests
