PhotoMules is hiring Event Photographers/Sales Associates to work outdoor youth sports tournaments. No photography experience required. What You’ll Be Doing • Work outdoors at sports complexes and athletic fields • Assist with team and individual photos before games • Capture sample photos to generate interest and drive sales • Engage parents and athletes in a friendly, high-energy way • Explain photo packages and close on-site sales • Upsell promotions and create great customer experiences • Help with event setup, breakdown, and equipment • Travel to weekend events across AZ, CA, NV and other areas (travel covered) • Base pay + uncapped weekly commission – meeting/exceeding sales targets is essential to earning top commissions • Paid training (sales + photography) • Active, outdoor work (no desk jobs here!) • Fun, competitive team culture • Travel opportunities • Fast growing company with advancement opportunities • 401(k) match
