Core ResponsibilitiesProcess, edit, and deliver large volumes of images in real-time during live events Manage end-to-end workflow from image ingestion to final delivery Execute efficient culling, renaming, and organization of assets during events Implement metadata tagging and file management systems for quick retrieval Operate advanced editing workflows using Lightroom and specialized plugins Technical RequirementsAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, including catalog management and publish services Expert knowledge of Lightroom plugins, specifically Topaz and Evoto AI tools Strong understanding of digital imaging standards and file management Experience with high-volume image processing and delivery Expertise in Mac-based workflows Proficiency with tethered shooting setups and workflows Required Experience5+ years in fast-paced creative operations/production environments Proven track record managing live event photography workflows Demonstrated experience with metadata management and digital asset organization Superior organizational and time management skills Preferred QualificationsUnderstanding of event photography workflow and timing Familiarity with professional camera systems and lighting Experience shooting in varied lighting conditions Travel RequirementsPrimary coverage area: San Francisco Bay Area Regular travel to Las Vegas and other locations Must be available for evening and weekend events Required SkillsExceptional attention to detail and quality control Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments Physical stamina for long hours during events This position offers competitive compensation based on experience and includes travel expenses.
