USHER: Responsibilities Welcome audience members to the venue upon entrance and assist them with finding the precise location of their seats according to their ticket information Enforce all venue performance rules throughout the live show, such as no flash photography, no recording, limited entry and exit and no access to restricted areas Maintain a professional appearance with a company approved attire, Black on black professional. Able to stand for long periods of time Strong interpersonal skills and friendly demeanor, Excellent customer service skills STAGE HAND/LIGHTING: Help bands load in and load out , Assist with handling spot lights , and stage lighting enjoy a free show from back stage. Must be able to lift heavy equipment. CLEANERS: Assist with cleaning venue before and after every event BOX OFFICE: Selling tickets day of in our box office . Handling WILL CALL tickets .
