About the Role
We capture once-in-a-lifetime moments for graduates and their families during commencement ceremonies. As part of our team, you’ll help ensure that each graduate receives a professional-quality portrait. Photography experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training!
This is a seasonal, part-time position with work available during:
Spring Graduation Season: April – June
Winter Graduation Season: November – December
What We’re Looking For
We need team members who are:
✔ Reliable & punctual – You’ll be expected to adhere to schedules and arrive on time.
✔ Personable & professional – You’ll be working with large groups of graduates and their families.
✔ Energetic & proactive – Fast-paced environments and teamwork are key.
What You'll Do
Set up and operate company-provided Nikon camera equipment.
Capture high-quality portraits and candid moments.
Assist graduates with contact cards, posing, and robe adjustments.
Work with team leaders to ensure smooth event operations.
Optionally, assist as a team assistant while training.
No editing or post-production work required!
Compensation & Perks
$70 - $100 per ceremony (approx. $17.50 - $25+ per hour for 3-4 hour events).
Mileage reimbursement: $0.67 per mile.
Raises based on performance, reliability, and attitude.
Requirements
Must own and wear a dark business suit (dark dress pants, matching jacket, dress shirt, dress shoes, and tie for men).
Must have reliable personal transportation to and from events.
Must have open or flexible availability during peak seasons.
Must be professional, punctual, and committed to event schedules.
Important: All employees are subject to pre-employment background checks, social media reviews, and performance evaluations. Failure to attend scheduled events may result in termination.
