Executive Administrative Assistant needed for Startup Business

I am looking for a rockstar Personal / Executive Assistant to be a part of our team. Project Management software/skills a plus Social Media skills a plus Accounting/Payroll skills a plus Responsibilities include but are not limited to: \\- Assist with preparation of book manuscript: organizing notes, transferring and formatting to Word/google docs \\- Organization: Looking for someone to create highly efficient organizational systems on my computer (documents, emails, photos, folders) to streamline, simplify and organize my information. Ensuring all documents and info are stored in Zoho, CRM & Google drive. Maintain calendaring and tracking important meetings and dates \\- Email correspondence: responding to emails daily \\- CRM Project Management (Zoho): – managing, updating database with contacts, projects, ensuring tasks and projects are on schedule, tracked and completed \\- Research: resources, contacts, data as requested/needed \\- Accounting support: Record keeping, light book-keeping, overseeing payroll, business filings, legal docs, invoices, etc.
