You will work out of our Gig Harbor office with our team of 11 high producing agents. Applicants should be decisive, thorough, and excellent communicators. Responsibilities: Liaise between the managing broker, agents, and clients Support the real estate office as needed with other assistant duties Coordinate scheduling with clients to get a home ready to market including contractor work, staging, photos, 3D tours, marketing material ordered, home ready to be shown Answer team phone and provide information to potential clients Manage all internet and social media marketing including creative content, some photography, and technology research Coordinate schedule for agents at open houses Provide support to all agents Manage the client database to keep information orderly and confidential
