This position is 90% video content library management and creation, and 10% office production assistant work. This position reports to the Executive Producer. RESPONSIBILITIES Organize all media for the company Manage our current platform of all directors work Work directly with sales reps daily to make showreels for directors Create and compile media for mailchimp mailer to go out weekly Report to head of sales for marketing campaigns Create weekly internal mailer to go out company wide Reach out to directors to check their availability Manage company calendar - send calendar invites Organize zoom calls Send out meeting agenda for zoom calls to clients and directors Be the point person for directors to contact in relation to the job - Make job folder to hand off to head of production Update mail chip weekly with new agency producers names Get call sheets at the end of every job and add agency and clients into our data base Make gift baskets for clients Set up appointments with lawyers - agents - film directors - managers - in Hollywood to get more talent on our roster Track current trends of celebrity driven commercials and bring to the sales team and myself Do simple runs to the bank to deposit checks or cash petty cash checks Send out gifts to clients and directors after each job Order vandal collateral sweatshirts - branded note books - water bottles etc for clients Make list of treatment writers - visual designers - organize by ability comedy \- fashion - cars Get boards to treatment writer - supervise treatment process - proofread treatment work with director to create concepts KEY COMPETENCIES Self-starting independent problem solver. Experience using Slate, Simian, or other video content platforms.
