For this role, you’ll need to live in or near Indianapolis IN and be willing to work in our co-working space at Ezra’s Cafe 3-5 days per week, and have the ability to work from home 1-2 days per week. The Executive Assistant will be a key asset to the CEO by anticipating needs at a high level, creating the space for her to develop vision, strategy, and creative content. RESPONSIBILITIES The Executive Assistant will have the following primary responsibilities, including but not limited to: • Posting and scheduling all daily Facebook posts for Ezra’s Café keeping within our brand vision and image • Posting daily IG stories for Ezra’s Café, aligned with our brand vision and mission • Responding to customer emails for both memberships, providing stellar and thorough customer service • Communicating with the Ezra’s Café team and Manager Tuesday-Friday on menu changes and details needed to be on the same page with them as to what we are promoting and why, etc. The EA must be able to clearly and kindly communicate with our customers and members via email and have a knack for sensing how to personalize a message based on that customer’s needs and history.
