I’m looking for a superstar executive assistant to help with the day-to-day administrative operations & execution of longer-term projects at my photography studio in San Diego. Most of our projects are handled long distance with the product being shipped to us, but we do also have clients fly in for creative photo shoots. I’m looking for you to not only assist with the day-to-day operations of the studio, but to come to understand the way the business works so that you get the big picture & can anticipate what to do next to better serve our clients & build our presence in the industry. This is a long-term role with the opportunity for you to take on more responsibilities in the studio as appropriate. I want them to see us as an integral partner to their business & know they can count on you to follow through on the studio’s behalf.
