* Check for any errors or omissions in listing and correcting * Make all appointments for showing and follow thru with agents * Communicating with sellers about feedback from agents * Any and all paperwork during listing and after receiving the offer * Once an offer is accepted, opening escrow and providing the escrow officer all information regarding sellers, buyers, buyers’ agent, lender etc. * Providing all timelines to buyers’ agent and sellers * Make all necessary appointments for buyer inspections. * Following through with lender and escrow to make sure the buyer performs in a timely manner and removes all contingencies.` * Once the escrow closes email all documents regarding sale to seller. * Reviewing all disclosures to make sure sellers answered all questions/checked all boxes (If not, need to send back to the listing agent for corrections) and sending them to buyers for signatures. Reviewing inspections with buyers and preparing requests for repairs and sending for signatures and forwarding to listing the agent.
