The Turquoise Trail Sculpture Garden and the traveling exhibition, OrigamiintheGarden is looking for a Coordinator who will learn, then administrate the day to day work for the exhibit and sculpture garden. The Coordinator assists the Director administratively leading up to an exhibit’s installation and physically with the Operations team by traveling to the garden location. 95% of this position is administrative, 5% is travel and training others. The position includes: Dropbox organization of documents, photography and archives, inventory management, condition reports, scheduling and running meetings, press releases, mass emails, social media, and travel. Experience in education, gallery sales, museums, botanical gardens, non- profits, project management and office administration is preferred.
