About the Position
Éniary Studio is seeking experienced photographers to join our team on an on-call basis at our Miami Gardens and Fort Lauderdale studios.
We specialize in birthday, maternity, family, couples, branding, and portrait photography. Our goal is to provide every client with beautiful images and a professional, comfortable, and memorable studio experience.

We are looking for photographers who combine strong technical skills with confident client direction. The ideal candidate understands flattering posing, studio lighting, composition, and the small details that make a major difference in the final images.

Schedule
This is an on-call position based on scheduled client sessions.
Hours will vary depending on client bookings, photographer availability, and accepted assignments. Weekly hours are not guaranteed.

Evening and weekend availability is especially valuable.

Photographers may be considered for:

Miami Gardens
Fort Lauderdale, Broward County
Both locations

Applicants who can reliably work at both locations are strongly preferred.
Compensation
Starting pay is $30 per hour.
Pay may vary depending on experience, portfolio quality, posing ability, and performance during the paid trial process.

Responsibilities

Photograph professional studio portrait sessions
Confidently guide clients through flattering poses and expressions
Make clients feel comfortable, confident, and celebrated
Pay close attention to posture, hands, clothing, hair, facial expressions, and composition
Adjust camera and lighting settings when necessary
Maintain consistent focus, exposure, framing, and image quality
Keep sessions moving efficiently and on schedule
Follow Éniary Studio’s established shooting workflow
Communicate professionally with clients and studio staff
Properly handle studio cameras, lighting, and equipment
Arrive on time and prepared for every accepted assignment

Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of professional photography experience
Strong portrait photography portfolio
Professional experience photographing and directing clients
Strong posing and communication skills
Working knowledge of studio lighting
Ability to photograph different body types, skin tones, ages, and group sizes
Ability to recognize and correct posing, wardrobe, lighting, and composition issues before taking the photo
Reliable transportation
Dependable communication and punctuality
Comfortable working within an established studio process
Able to confidently lead sessions after completing studio training

Important Information
Training will be provided on Éniary Studio’s specific systems and workflow. However, applicants must already have strong photography, lighting, and posing fundamentals.
This is not a guaranteed-hours position. Photographers will be contacted ahead of time on a weekly basis when assignments are available that match their submitted availability.

Once an assignment is accepted, the photographer is expected to arrive on time and remain available for the full scheduled working period.
