Job Overview We are seeking experienced photographers to join our team at Custom Growth Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for children and photography, with the ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail. The 12-week on, 12-week off assignment is available year-round and provides an opportunity to build relationships with school staff and administrators. Key Responsibilities • Photograph students in a school setting • Capture high-quality senior student portraits • Built relationships with school staff and administrators • Manage picture days and expectations in various environments Requirements • Outgoing personality with a passion for children and photography • Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail • Valid driver's license • Pass a background check • Physically able to lift 30 pounds and stand for extended periods • Early morning flexibility required Compensation and Benefits • $16.00 per hour plus bonus • Mileage reimbursement • Holiday time off • Opportunities for advancement • Additional photography training
