You bring the gear, the Part 107, and the portfolio. We bring the volume, the clients, the scheduling, and the editing team. Typical shoot: 25 to 60 minutes onsite depending on home size and package Typical home: 1,400 to 2,300 sq ft residential listings across the Columbus metro Volume ramp: 4 to 8 shoots per week in the first 60 days, growing to 10 to 15+ per week as our Columbus market matures A link to your real estate photography portfolio (website, Dropbox, or Google Drive folder) Two or three full sample shoot sets from recent listings (minimum 20 photos each, edited or unedited both fine) Confirmation that you currently hold an active FAA Part 107 certification (include cert number if comfortable) Your weekly availability (weekdays, weekends, or both) and how far you're willing to travel within the Columbus metro Your current gear setup: camera body, lens, drone model Approximate number of real estate shoots you've completed in the last 12 months
