For over 30 years, Eivan’s Photo & Video has provided professional wedding photography and videography across 40+ U.S. markets.
We handle marketing, booking, client communication, editing, and delivery — allowing our videographers to focus exclusively on capturing the wedding day.

This role is for experienced wedding videographers only. It is not intended for beginners, students, or content creators without real wedding experience.

What You’ll Do
• Capture full-day wedding videography coverage, including preparation, ceremony, portraits, and reception
• Record ceremonies and key reception events continuously using a two-camera setup
• Capture clean, usable audio for vows, speeches, and key moments
• Work professionally alongside photographers, planners, DJs, and venue staff
• Follow client timelines and coverage requests while adapting to live-event conditions
• Submit all required footage within the designated submission timeline
• Communicate clearly and professionally with couples and the Eivan’s team
• Upload all raw footage promptly after each event; no editing required.

What We’re Looking For

Experience
• 3+ years of wedding or live-event videography OR
• 10+ weddings filmed as a lead videographer

Portfolio
• A strong wedding videography portfolio demonstrating:
• Real wedding events (not styled shoots only)
• Full ceremony coverage
• Reception coverage with audio
• Highlight reels alone are not sufficient without full-day examples

Equipment (Owned)
• Two professional video-capable cameras
• Tripods and/or stabilization equipment
• External audio (lav mic or external recorder)
• LED lighting suitable for low-light receptions
• Backup media and power

Availability & Professionalism
• Friday–Sunday availability during wedding season
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Comfortable working under timelines and brand standards
• Strong communication and professionalism on wedding days

Pay & Perks
• $30–$50 per hour, based on experience and equipment
