This role is hands‑on and field‑based. You’ll be visiting multiple properties, capturing clean, professional photos, and delivering them on schedule. This job is a good fit for someone who’s organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently. Training will be provided so that we can show you our process and systems. A high level of photography knowledge is not required as we will train you to do things the Fastpost way.ResponsibilitiesPhotographing assigned properties (interior, exterior, community, and drone when applicable) according to Fastpost guidelinesArriving on time, prepared, and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanorCommunicating clearly with clients, including appointment confirmations, arrival notifications, and on‑site interactionsPreparing properties for photography when possible (lights on, blinds open, fans off, clutter minimized, etc.)Uploading all RAW images the same day, correctly named and placed in the proper foldersCompleting accurate work‑order notes for each assignment, including property conditions or issuesMaintaining and caring for all photography equipment and ensuring it is charged and operationalSecuring properties after shoots, protecting keys, access codes, and client confidentialityManaging daily schedules efficiently and notifying the office promptly of delays, access issues, or technical problemsFollowing all company policies, safety standards, and confidentiality requirementsMaintaining required certifications (including FAA Part 107 when performing drone work)QualificationsA genuine interest in photography and visual compositionAn eye for detail and a willingness to learn Fastpost's photography standards and styleBasic familiarity with digital cameras and photography equipment (professional experience preferred but not required)Comfort using photo editing software or a willingness to learn required toolsReliability, strong time management skills, and the ability to work independentlyProfessional communication skills and a respectful, client‑facing demeanorWillingness to accept feedback and apply it to improve future workReliable transportation and ability to travel locally to scheduled shootsDrone experience and FAA Part 107 certification is required.
