Performs field inspections of residential and commercial dwellings on behalf of insurance, banks, and medical providers. Tasks: • Taking digital photos of residential properties • Documenting any hazards identified at the property • Determining the type and nature of the property’s construction materials • Sketching the property and premises Skills and requirements: • Digital camera or high-quality camera on phone • PC access with high-speed internet • Mapping software or GPS • 100’ tape measure or Laser measure • Reliable vehicle • Insurance inspection or field survey experience is helpful • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel 1099 Independent Contractor status.
