The Field inspector is responsible for handling a schedule of operations including, but not limited to, premise inspections, move-in/out inspections, city inspections, checking on unit turnovers, delivering keys and notices, photography, open house showings, and investigating complaints throughout the City of Los Angeles and Surrounding Valley. Conduct thorough home and property inspections. (iv) Properly post notices and take photographs as needed · Extreme attention to detail, must have extensive knowledge of all working parts in an apartment building. Must enjoy driving.
